Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Processing times are separate from shipping times. Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped using the method selected at checkout.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- We offer free ground shipping on all orders shipped to the continental United States.
- Shipping times are estimates only and begin after your order has completed processing. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates once a package has been shipped.
Shipping Availability
- Bags, apparel, and most accessories can be shipped to all U.S. locations, including Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and some international locations.
- Cornhole boards and large accessories (such as trainer boards and score stands) can only be shipped within the continental United States.
Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Delays & Exceptions
Please note that unexpected delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or peak shipping periods are outside of our control and, do not constitute grounds for order cancellation or refund.
