Precision Construction

SEVA Cornhole Premium Boards are engineered using 18mm (3/4") Baltic Birch plywood, delivering a solid and reliable playing surface that holds up game after game.

Each board is built with tight tolerances across dimensions, angle, and hole placement, ensuring a consistent playing experience. The smooth, fully finished surface provides reliable slide and control, while the reinforced internal frame is designed to minimize bounce and maintain structural integrity.

The deck overhangs the frame with the hole, corner and edges are rounded and sanded, preventing bag damage and hang-ups and promoting clean, hole-friendly play.

UV Print Technology

Every SEVA Cornhole Premium Board is built using a direct UV printing process with a triple-layer protective finish, designed for long-term durability and consistent play.

This system includes UV-cured ink, a UV-cured sealant, and a UV-cured clear coat that bonds directly to the playing surface. The result is a smooth, durable finish that holds up game after game.

Unlike traditional boards that use decals or board wraps, SEVA boards are printed directly onto the surface. This eliminates common issues like peeling, bubbling, fading, or lifting that can occur over time with applied graphics.

By removing decals and wraps from the process, the playing surface remains clean and consistent, without added layers that can impact gameplay or wear unevenly.

The UV-cured clear coat is engineered to resist wear, yellowing, and cracking, maintaining both the look and feel of the board through extended use.

Stability & Performance Features

Each board features folding legs with an integrated rear leg brace, designed to increase stability during play while also functioning as a built-in airmail blocker.

This feature helps keep bags that pass through the hole contained beneath the board, making it easier to distinguish shots made in the hole from those that travel off the back.

For enhanced performance, an optional upgrade to reinforced double-leg construction is available. This includes thicker legs and a larger brace for increased rigidity, reduced movement, and improved stability across different playing surfaces.
